Sushi Miyabi (West 3rd Street near 6th Avenue) – very casual and inexpensive, we only have for delivery. We like the Amazing Yellowtail Roll and the White Seaweed Special Roll.

Tomoe Sushi (Thomson Street near Houston Street) – a tiny, hole-in-the-wall spot that's been in the neighborhood forever. Incredibly fresh sushi, with a line always out the door.

EN Japanese Brasserie (Hudson Street and Leroy Street) - Upscale and authentic Japanese restaurant with a beautiful interior space. Frequented by those charging to expense accounts.
